Retrofitting Of Emission Control Devices In DG Sets With Capacity Of 125 KVA And Above In Delhi
Delhi Pollution Control Committee vide notification F.NO. DPCC/(1)(1)(314)/Air Lab/2021/199-209 has directed all users of DG sets having 125 kVA and above to either retrofit emission control device/equipment having a minimum specified particulate matter capturing efficiency of at least 70% in 5 mode D2 cycle or shift to gas based Generators by employing new gas based generators. DPCC has directed to all stakeholders to comply with this order within 120 days from the date of issuance. Please refer to the notification for more details

DPCC/ (12)(1)(316)/Air Lab/2021/184 has directed the designated Authorities in NCT of Delhi to implement Scale of compensation for violation of Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 as accepted by Hon'ble National Green Tribunal. Extension Of Exemption Granted To Healthcare Facilities From Depositing Back Fee In Rajasthan
Rajasthan Pollution Control Board vide notification no. F.16 (Gen-43) RPCB/BMW 218-259 has decided to extent the exemption from depositing back fee (gap period fee for operation without authorization/consent) by the Health Care Facilities. They shall continue to be applicable for authorization/consent applications received on or before 31st December 2021. Please refer to the notification for more details

Delhi Pollution Control Committee vide notification F.NO. DPCC/IT Cell/79/2020/2304-14 has directed that the renewal of authorization under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016 will be auto renewed after self-certification, undertaking and authorization fee to facilitate the refurbisher and dismantler of E-waste units in the process of Ease of Doing Business. The validity of the authorization granted under the above said rules will also now be increased from 5 years to 10 years.
