	Comp off with wages If such any establishment is required to work on such Comp Off; he shall be paid additional wages equal to the ordinary rate of wages in lieu of such holiday.

Any other Forms to be maintained/submitted	-
Penal Consequences	Section 24 - Shall be punishable on first conviction; be punished with fine which shall not be less than two hundred rupees and may extend to five hundred rupees; and for second and subsequent contravention shall be punishable with a fine which shall of be less than one thousand rupees which may extend to two thousand rupees or with imprisonment for a period not less than 2 months or with both.
