Festival Holidays 5 15th April ( Himachal Day);25th January (Statehood Day) & 3 other festival holidays it shall be notified by the Govt. employer to select the holidays from the list

(a) twice his average daily wage for that day; or (b) his average daily wage for that day and a substituted holiday with his average daily wage on any other day
